well done jag 2,u had a great weekend and your record speaks for its self,i did nt think u where good enough to go to the 11,s but u proved me wrong and am glad cos u are a gentleman bud.well done jim
ye i agree with willie there jag2 a gentleman and was picked to go to the 11s, if the captain picked him that shouldn't be
questioned, that wouldn't help any ones game being made to feel that they shouldnt be there ,that's cruel and credit to him for getting on with it and proving these people wrong!!
so I'm sure billy will learn off this and hope he doesn't take prisoners in ther let him build a team spirit
with a good atmosphere,Ive been considering joining if selected and wouldn't be interested no matter how good the team was if it was full of bickering and moaning. let the captains decision be final, and all be 100percent behind each other. foundations are ther.
good luck billy |

JT I THINK ROBERT HOEY SNR WOULD BE MY IDEAL CHOICE TO PICK B 15S ON NOV WITHOUT A DOUBT AND TAKE PART IN 15S A TEAM IF HE WISHES HAD MY WEE FALL OUT OVER NOTHING IN END UP BUT I THINK ITS NO BRAINER PERFECT MAN TO TAKE US FORWARD BILLY BOY DOESNT NEED HELPING HAND BEEN AROUND 4 A WHILE ON YOU GO MONKEY TAKE IT AWAY CHIMP
Tough Titty!
Me, Jamie and Mick aint stepping down this year!
Well said JT! weve got Harmony! If County B want us to step down then fair enough! If not then I think we know our team. looks as if B15s is picked already and its only march fair DOs lads but i think with the amount of CALL OFFS we have had fae both teams in past i would keep options open a think maybe shootin yourself in foot too early lads |

its not surprising the 'hes not good enough' comment has raised its head again. i would say this is the biggest influence on team spirit within the A team, especially at the 15's. Until all the egos within the A team accept that boys brought in to make up the 15' s squad are the best we have to choose from, then the poor team spirit will continue.
I hope Billy can eradicate this attitude from the players and enable the area to move forward.
After all, the players with the egos have hardly covered themselves in glory in the previous 11's! maybe their ' JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH'.
Anyway good luck Billy. |

The teams have to be registered at the July SPA meeting, then paid for at the September meeting. It will have to be picked before then as the guys will have to get plenty of notice to get the money in for it.
I'm sure Billy will have his own ideas about who he wants to pick and also the timescale for doing so. It's a case of watch this space.
